Becoming a Reiki practitioner brings awareness of Universal Life Force Energy and so can increase the awareness of the movement of energy throughout the body and enhance a practice such as martial arts or yoga. While Reiki is not affiliated with any religion, its calming and healing energy can deepen the more contemplative practices of meditation or prayer. Because Reiki increases the intuition, it can bring greater awareness and understanding into our lives and relationships.
